Personal Profile

Zuo Pingbing, associate professor, engaged principally in heliospheric physics, space weather and space exploration. He is the author/co-author of more than 60 publications in professional top journals. He is the member of the youth innovation promotion association of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has won the excellent award of president of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation nomination, and excellent member of young innovation promotion association of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been funded by three projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Now he is responsible for the HITSZ station of the Meridian Space Weather Monitoring Project. He has also been funded by a number of science and technology projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City.
